Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of interacting with hundreds of schools. While every institution is unique, one aspiration remains the same: to spend more time shaping young minds and less time managing day-to-day operations.

For me, working with a school is never simply about selling software. It begins with listening carefully, understanding the school’s challenges, and helping its leaders identify solutions that will genuinely make a difference. Technology should simplify the way schools work, not add another layer of complexity.

Our purpose has always been simple: to support schools with the right technology, honest guidance, and ongoing support, so they can grow with confidence, strengthen the way they operate, and build stronger schools.

There are a few journeys you embark upon that change you forever. You not only grow professionally but also personally. My journey with SchoolPad has been one such incredible experience. We started as young individuals wanting to create something meaningful and worthwhile.

Every time we brought a new school on board, it felt like the first time all over again. From those early days to where we are today, with more than 350 schools using our software, the journey has been nothing short of a dream built on hundreds of all-nighters, relentless effort, and years of hard work.

On a personal level, I learnt a lot, and facing all the ups and downs surely made me a better person. I don’t think too far ahead; I take it one day at a time. I am happy that we have been growing at a good pace, and I want that to continue. I will wrap up with the philosophy I live by: ignorance is bliss; just keep going with an open mind that’s ready to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

A product can streamline operations, but it can never understand the people, processes, and challenges that shape a school. That takes people who listen with empathy, champion educators’ needs, and become trusted partners throughout their journey. What makes me most proud isn’t the number of schools we serve, but the trust they place in us.
